TRAMA

The quiet architecture behind exceptional living.

Considered support for private homes and occasions held in them.

UK · Europe · International

Behind a well run home and a memorable occasion are people, planning and care. TRAMA brings them together, seamlessly.

We begin by listening. Everything else takes shape around you.

trama

/ˈtra.ma/noun, Italian

The hidden thread that holds it all together.

Why TRAMA

  1. i.

The weft: the threads woven across the warp that hold a fabric together.

  2. ii.

The plot: the structure beneath a story that gives it shape.

The weft is what turns individual threads into fabric, giving it structure and shape. We take the same role within a home or occasion, weaving together people, service and every detail.

Our point of view

The best service is rarely the most visible.

Our aim

Life,
properly supported.

Less to manage. More to enjoy.

Our reach

For a life lived in more than one place.

Based in London, but at home wherever our clients take us.

Our services

Private residence and estate management: a Provençal villa with grey shutters reflected in a long pool

Household and estate management for private homes, in London and beyond.

From preparing a home for your arrival to overseeing its daily running, we coordinate household teams, suppliers and maintenance with a clear view of what matters to you.

Private dining in London: a chef spooning a green sauce from a copper pan into a dark wooden bowl
Private events: a bartender straining a pale foaming cocktail into a coupe

Every occasion with a character of its own.

We gather the people, food and details that make an occasion, taking care of everything behind the scenes so you can simply enjoy it.

Operational consultancy for private homes: a wooden table and rush chair in late sunlight against a plaster wall

Practical support for residences and hospitality environments going through change, growth or refinement.

We take the time to understand how things run, where they fall short and what needs to change, bringing clarity to teams, routines and standards.

Staff in good company: a waiter in a white shirt carrying a tray of glasses through a stone courtyard

The right people bring more than experience alone.

Our circle includes chefs, service professionals and household specialists we have worked alongside for years. We know their abilities, their judgement and the care they bring. We introduce the right people for you.

Curated wine experiences: oak wine barrels resting in rows in a timber clad winery

Exceptional expertise, brought home.

A Master Sommelier to curate your cellar or guide a tasting over dinner, and chefs to design menus entirely around your tastes. From private tastings to cocktail masterclasses and cooking classes, each experience is shaped around what interests you.

Property and interiors: a panelled drawing room with a tapestry chair and marble table in afternoon light

The vision is yours. Bringing it together is ours.

From a room reimagined to a full renovation, we oversee the project from concept to completion, coordinating designers, contractors and suppliers while keeping every detail and decision aligned.

Everyday household management: a rustic bowl of figs, grapes and pomegranates on a stone kitchen counter

The things that keep life moving, taken care of.

A stocked kitchen, a well kept home, appointments arranged and repairs seen through. All handled quietly, so your time remains your own.

Our approach

Entirely at home in your world.

  1. A home, beautifully orchestrated.
  2. A second home that should never feel second best.
  3. A renovation that needs a steady hand.
  4. An arrival that must be prepared with care.
  5. An occasion born from an idea, not a formula.
  6. A team shaped around you, evolving as life does.
  7. Or simply the everyday things that somehow never do themselves.

Discretion, as a matter of course.

The private world has always worked through trusted recommendations.

Confidential. Every engagement is confidential. We work under non-disclosure agreements, we never name our clients or advertise their homes.

Vetted. The people we introduce belong to a trusted circle who share our values, standards and instinct for exceptional service.

Referenced. Our reputation grows through personal recommendations. References are available on request.

A note from the founder

I have always been drawn to what happens behind the scenes.

Matty, at home.

For more than a decade, I have led teams and operations across five star hospitality, Michelin restaurants, private residences and events.
